Cards need both code and csv entries. I have no control over the latter.

Well, there's a lot of stuff already coded but not inserted yet, the main reason is that needs testing. And we prefer not to release too much stuff at the same time, 'cause the debug would be a pain.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod

Aye. Not to mention the pain the data entry would be if we went back to manually adding single cards, rather than importing the basic card data in set blocks as we do now.

@RanDomino - Patients my friend. Born of the Gods isn't even listed on Gatherer yet. But as soon as it is - the data entry work begins.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting her before late February or March or whenever. I just thought that she might be getting put in early since she was spoiled early, as has sometimes been done in the past (Maelstrom Wanderer comes to mind).

Card Art Updated 01/18/14

The original release of the '2012_2013_CardArtUpdates' and 'CardArtManalink_Jan2014' archives have been updated.

Originally the plan was to simply replace the last two remaining LQ images from the Theros set in the '2012_2013_CardArtUpdates' archive (Harpy token and Elspeth, Sun's Champion Emblem) in a later patch release.
However, the guys in the pics forum recently issued a reprocessed second release of the Theros HQ card scans which included the previously missing Token and Emblem images - and to say the processing is better is an understatement. So I've decided to replace a major bulk of the Theros card art in the '2012_2013_CardArtUpdates' archive instead.

The Jan archive will need be replaced at a later date, when the Commander 2013 HQ artwork becomes available. But until then, if you don't want to wait for the Commander 2013 artwork, it has also been updated with some improved alternative artwork from the new Theros HQ scans release.

I just noticed the posts regarding the trojan : I'm pretty sure it's a false positive, there were reports of this issue even when I started coding my first cards, plus I'm running an antivirus (Avira + MBAM) and it never cacthed anything besides that false positive.

i have important question please: there are a lot of photos that don't have cards like:

and even more
so,is there something i missing here ???

When the card artwork was originally compiled for Manalink2 (2010) - some of it was taken from a set compiled for the 2009 ISO, which included a number of images for cards that weren't actually coded at the time.
This artwork was then carried over into manalink3 when it appeared there was a greater possibility of these older cards being coded. Since then Gargaroz has managed to code many of these cards, and since the arrival of Korath a few more are being coded at present.

As for the Scheme artwork - this is purely for Archenemy games and only shows up during game play. You won't normally see it in the deck builder.

*cough* by "photos" he probably mean cardimage from Scheme (he probably see the Scheme as grey instead of their cardimage, not the actual card Scheme *cough*

He said photos that don't have cards, not cards that don't have photos.

Turn on the Archenemy option in config.txt (or give the AI a deck with the Archenemy card in it) and they'll show up.

i mean, in every new update i copy the new patch to the game direction then i move the new photos to cardartmanalink folder after i move all the old photos from cardartmanalink folder to another place temporarly then i open deck builder to see the new cards
but the photo of this card (Desecration demon) and the photos of other cards that you left over from past and now you put it back don't exist in CardArtManalink_Jan2014 (i now that the photos of these cards exist in old photos)
and these cards are not even exist in the coded cards list
so until now i can't see the new card that you left over and now put it back (i now they are exist but i can't recognize them) :( :( :(
so what the cards that you left over and now put it back ???
is there a better way to see the new cards when a new update is out ???
any help ???

Why do you do this?it is not needed(Unless Sonic says otherwise for any reason). As you do for the patch you should do for the cardart patch,too.Copy all cardart and then paste them in CardArtManalink folder.
If you want to see the new cards you can see the list Stassy provides with each update.

That a card is again enabled and available to play with doesn't mean that the cardart was removed and reinserted the cardart for it was always present in the file just not enabled to be read by the game engine.
