New Base Install & Bugfix May 2020

Hello all!

Managed to install the latest, march 2020 version (2 big files)
Extracted everything in C:Magic 2020
Rebooted
then launched Magic.exe
game launches
launch a duel
coin tossed
both Library flushed and...crash! back to desktop
Any idea?

Try different decks maybe there was a deck which has a bugged card.
If above doesn't work make a list of your Magic 2020 file contents and post it here so we can check what is going on.

Your problem sounds more like the one I mention below.
Does your Magic 2020 file has in it a file called CardArtManalink?
Magic 2020/CardArtManalink. If not it should go there.

Is it a folder from the Manalink 3_0 March 2020 file?

You have to download and install also the card art file the "Cumulative Art Folder:" link from the post in first page after program link and put it in your main file:

In the meantime if you make a new file and name it CardArtManalink it will not crash just there will be no card art.

Try on Test build updated till January 12/2020:

There are 2 card art files there uploaded in mediafire get those and then download the art from this link:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/oklbtkxk2 ... 0.zip/file and you should have everything. install everything in CardArtManalink file and overwrite files if you are asked to do so.

Sorry but unfortunately this is not true, in fact Korath is absent for several months.
He knew that the rest of us were working towards a new update but that we released a test build and then this update is not even known to him. At least to what we know and see in dev.

Thanks for the update! Works for me with the steps outlined above, i.e. downloading the card art archive and putting it into a folder called CardArtManalink. Now what happens it that I can start a game, my hand is shown but the cards have no pictures and cards and hand are rather small. Any idea what this could be?

Worked. I found also the 10th post useful (as of 21 Mar 2020, 00:23) since Mega didn't work for me (browser crashed when the zip download started) and I didn't realize immediately that the March 2020 package is "just" an incremental update. Expect some more bug reports soon .
