You can download this full installation both program and comulative art folder. If you install it over your current files overwrite everything when asked.

Install and overwrite again everything and you should be fully updated. Then every new patch you will want only to Update from existing install which is not a very big file. Rememeber to put all cardart in CardArtManalink file.
