You can use update Dec2011 it is in there.

how do we update our GY with the december update?

Mine is showing the cards from the first 2 but the links for 3 and 4 are down.

In Dec update if you have patched it then go and copy everything in folders MagicGYv45 and NewLimited and paste them in the main magic folder (overwrite everything) and you should be fine.
Then go to
viewtopic.php?f=55&t=3991
and download in the last page the Artwork posted by Sonic to have all artwork showing correctly(follow his instructions)
