I suggest you to use that program to create your own custom version: it takes time and require a good planning of cards to be removed but imho is really worthy of. I've made such great decks merging cards from Limited and Golden years. Some of them are sweet for EDH format.
You'll see that you can't remove some of them, so you have to use SkyMagic editor to make the job by yourself.
I suggest you to remove ante cards with tokens or effect, you are not going to play for ante in Custom version.
Also, Doran won't work but is the only one.
