[still bugged]Shimian Night Stalker-own Time Elemental attac

Describe the Bug:
1) When Shimian Night Stalker's activated ability is activated and a target has been chosen, a legacy effect card is created, but damage dealt to Stalker's controller by the targeted creature is neither prevented, nor redirected to Stalker.

2) Shimian Night Stalker's activated ability cannot be activated when a creature controlled by its controller attacks. This is only relevant in fringe scenarios like attacking with a Time Elemantal.

When Shimian Night Stalker's activated ability is activated, damage dealt to Stalker's controller by the targeted creature is redirected to Stalker.
Shimian Night Stalker's activated ability can be activated when a creature controlled by its controller attacks.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bug 1 fixed
Bug 2 - can be activated, but doesn't redirect the damage. I think because you can't target the Time Elemental before it is declared as an attacker and creates a legacy card that deals the damage.
