[confirmed]Cememetery Puca on copy no legacy

Describe the Bug:
I copied with Cemetery Puca a Spitebellows when the copied Spitebellows died it didn't trigger Spitebellows leave the battlefield ability (when it copied Spitebellows no legacy for leave the battlefield was created as it should).
Which card did behave improperly ?
Cemetery Puca ? Spitebellows ?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If the copied by Cemetery Puca ,Spitebellows dies it will trigger it's leave the battlefield ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
A lot of cards that copy or become a creature.Clone, Infinite Reflection, Vesuvan Doppelganger these are bugged for sure.

Tested with a sliver, and when it copies a creature it doesn't appear to create an associated unattached legacy card, so any card that uses one won't work correctly.
