[con]Sac Shadowblood Egg & AI Gnathosaur's sacs artifact too

Describe the Bug:
When I sacrifice Shadowblood Egg with it's own ability and AI has Gnathosaur in play and tapped and has also artifacts in play it will always sacrifice an artifact in response to my sacrifice at least in my turn.The same happens if AI has Atog but it is more obvious with Gnathosaur as it only gains Trample which is useless in my turn or even in my 2n main phase.Also to trigger it is vital that I have untapped creature Phyrexian Rager in my game.(all the marked with bold text have to be true to replicate the bug).Same happens with the other like it eggs,too.
I tried sacrificing Abzan Banner in the above scenario - no sac for AI.
Tried with Sage of Lat-Nam and Priest of Yawgmoth sacrificing artifacts AI didn't sac either.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Shadowblood Egg? Gnathosaur?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
AI doesn't sacrifice an artifact with Gnathosaur 's ability when I sacrifice Shadowblood Egg with it's own ability.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I copied your described game state and it didn't crop up, but it does in your save game. Weird AI.
