[still bugged]Ydwen Efreet not removed from combat

Describe the Bug:
When Ydwen Efreet blocks, its triggered ability doesn't trigger.
When Ydwen Efreet attacks, its triggered ability triggers during the defending player's Declare Blockers step. When the coin flip is lost, Ydwen Efreet is not removed from combat.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ydwen Efreet triggered ability triggers only during Efreet's controllers Declare Blockers step.
When the coin flip is lost, Ydwen Efreet is removed from combat.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Ydwen Efreet still is not being removed from combat when it blocks and you loose the flip coin.Not removed both visually or actually so Ydwen Efreet deals/suffers damage from attacker instead of player.A legacy card gets attached to it but it seems to do nothing.
