Skinthinner is turned face up-can destroy pro black

Describe the Bug:
AI turned face up Skinthinner and destroyed my Akroma, Angel of Wrath who has protection from black.

Which card did behave improperly?
Skinthinner

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
When Skinthinner is turned face up gains it's characteristics and so it's ability can't destroy creatures with protection from Black.I am not sure if it should be able (I guess it should be able) to target a creature with protection from black but not destroy it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Sure, at least Aphetto Exterminator and possibly all others coded at same time Legions was coded.And possibly others, too.
