[fix]Era of Innovation:no trigger for noncrit.+free counter

Doesn't trigger on cast of noncreature artifacts. It does trigger for artifact creatures and the Artificer subtype, though.
When triggered, does not ask for or require to grant

Which card did behave improperly?
Era of Innovation

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Era of Innovation:

triggers on ETB for any artifact or artificer
requires in order to grant

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

- On the first point first part yes, it "Doesn't trigger on cast of noncreature artifacts". On the second part though it triggers for every creature entering the battlefield not just artifact ones.I can't test if it triggers for artificer type as all are creatures and can't think right now off the top of my head on how to make them non creatures before entering the battlefield.Any help is welcomed.

- On the second point doesn't ask or tap but it does check if you have {1}

mana open to trigger.

- Also it grants {E}

instead of {E}

bug also happens with Underhanded Designs and Durable Handicraft.

Fixed no prompt/charge mana when trigger for all cards in 85a551d1. Not pushed yet.
edit: fixed number of counters and trigger for artifacts in commit 7693ec4.
edit2: fixed that it triggered for non artificer creatures in commit 333296ba.
