Describe the Bug:
I can't enchant opponent's creature with Quicksilver Dagger.

Which card did behave improperly?
Quicksilver Dagger.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
A player can enchant opponent's creature with Quicksilver Dagger but he can't activate it as Quicksilver Dagger gives the ability to the creature. If creature's owner can activate it through a legacy that would be great.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

A lot of auras that grant an activated ability are like this. There's a very incomplete list, containing only Enchant Lands, already started.
