[fixed]Primeval Titan fetched lands enter untapped

Describe the Bug:
Lands fetched by Primeval Titan are entering the battlefield untapped.
They were coming into play tapped in EMN, so maybe it's an inadvertent side-effect of another fix?
Which card behaved improperly?
Primeval Titan
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Lands fetched by Primeval Titan should enter the battlefield tapped.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Lands fetched by Primeval Titan are entering the battlefield untapped.
