Nantuko Husk sacrifices creatures to get +2+2 without being beneficial.
In the screenshot it sacrifuced a creature to get +2+2 and it is tapped (and it as sacrificed other creatures too).

Normally AI doesn't do that with Nantuko Husk and it's function generic_shade_amt_can_pump() works fine but here there is a conflict with the suspended legacy of Phthisis which forces AI to act differently.
EDIT: possibly the upkeep trigger is the reason and AI forced to respond in upkeep, not tested though.
