Also, AI never seems to activate the Planechase card.
Also, it is preventing AI to play creature cards at least.

Fixed in commit The Hippodrome effect can't be cancelled = not optional in commit b4a5da6.
In same commit fixed the planeswalking ability didn't work for planes themselves it did through the planechase card.
Below bugs were true before my changes and still are.
The biggest issue with plane cards (if it matters with planechase card in play) is that sometimes Human only can activate plane cards themselves to roll, other times only AI can activate them and other times both can each at their turn of course. Also maybe related to above bug many times charge counters don't get removed at eot from planes they do from the planechase card.
It seems that sometimes although it is your turn the effect can be activated by opponent.
Things are better when you activate the roll ability through the planechase card although AI doesn't seem to be able to do this. And certainly is confusing and a bug ( if you want to play with planechase rules ) when you can roll the plane itself and roll the same plane effect through the planechase card the same turn for less mana.
EDIT: I think we should be able to roll the plane cards themselves at least to be able to test them, otherwise it would be very hard to do so.
