I don't have the time to kind of "fix" this. It is a usual bug of charging twice one as an X spell by engine (which should be the only way) and one time the card charges itself. X spells 
In the meantime you can get the card work correctly if you hit done when you are prompt to pay mana the first time without paying any mana.
