Welcome to the Fold has 2 bugs.
-1. Madness cost is incorrect. Originally X(U)(U), but I am required to use X(U)(U)(2).
-2. No matter how much I pay a lot of madness cost, I cannot take away a creature with a toughness of 3 or more.

This bug is the one mentioned here viewtopic.php?f=86&t=19166&hilit=Welcome+to+the+Fold#p202391
and was fixed, and tested back then but I guess another change to a primer function broke these cards again. Hopefully only those cards with madness mentioned in above link.
