Liliana Vess Global Reanimation, get_card_instance() crash

I've encountered a crash when attempting to activate Liliana Vess Global Reanimation during one of my games (bad parameters in get_card_instance()). I've attached a savegame and dump.txt.

In order to reproduce the issue simply activate Global Reanimation.
