CSV errors & Legacy/Effect cards with no text

Same for Order of Leitbur, Order of the White Shield and Knight of Stromgald.

Should I just remove the |# codes in the Effect Title Text entries if they're not really required?

Doesn't matter either way on the titles, if the text for each alternative is the same. Mostly what annoys me about them is the "the" in "end of the turn", and lack of "[Whoever] [gets/gains]" at the start.
