Describe the Bug:
Sapphire Medallion does not reduce Buyback costs.
3 Meddallion in battlefield, costs of Capsize are UU and buyback 1.
Total costs must be 3.
But in game, costs are UU and buyback 3.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Medallions, and cards to reduce total costs.(not mana costs)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Total costs must be reduce.

I hope it will be helpful to fix.
* But some spells do not use function named buyback.
* And some spells (ex.Whispers of Muse) hardcoded?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Kicker is affected too.

In the "buyback", "kicker" and "multikicker" functions the "get_updated_casting_cost" should be invoked in order to achieve a complete fix. Thanx for the help, I'll try to fix all the non-standard instancies.

Again, hopefully all this is fixed now.

Appears to apply to original cc and buyback cost separately. Ex. 2 Sapphire Medallions in play and cast Capsize. It asks for UU, then asks if I want to buyback and if I say yes it asks for 1 mana for a total of 1UU when it should be 2UU. With 3 Sapphire Medallions it costs UU to cast and buyback is free.

1- The bug is a bit different now and it concerns only Sapphire Medallion and Capsize which is the only blue card with colourless cost both in it's casting cost and in it's buyback cost.E.g
-with 1 Sapphire Medallion everything is fine and 1 is deducted from it's casting cost.
- with 2 Sapphire Medallion 1 is deducted from it's casting cost but no deduction from buyback cost.(instead of 1 deducted from buyback cost)
- with 3 Sapphire Medallion 1 is deducted from it's casting cost and 1 is deducted from buyback cost. (instead of 2 deducted from buyback cost)
- with 4 Sapphire Medallion 1 is deducted from it's casting cost and 2 are deducted from buyback cost. (instead of 3 deducted from buyback cost)

2- There would be more cards with this problem if Sapphire Medallion honoured Sleight of Mind which it doesn't.fix

No need for Sleight of Mind to find other cards since Sapphire Medallion is part of a cycle: Jet Medallion, Ruby Medallion, Emerald Medallion, Pearl Medallion. (They should still all honor Sleight, of course.)
