[confirmed]Shining Shoal-City of Brass damage resolve issues

Describe the Bug:
Shining Shoal has a bad synergy with City of Brass (probably any land that makes damage to you when tapped)as when you cast it and pay the first {W} mana:
1- the damage resolves (damage cards of course disappear) so then after you pay the 2nd {W} and the mana to redirect damage there is no damage card to select.(if you have a white card in hand)

2- The same happens if you haven't a white card in hand but after you pay the first {W} mana a menu appear saying "interrupts?...damage prevention" and then the damage resolves (damage cards of course disappear)

Which card did behave improperly ?
Shining Shoal or City of Brass (maybe any land that makes damage to you when tapped)

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3-ODYSSEY.V2 *** still a bug in PTT

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- No matter that you are dealt damage from City Brass as you tap it for mana to cast Shining Shoal you can proceed to pay as much mana to play the spell and then target the damage card you want.(so every City of Brass tapped have to ask for "interrupts?...damage prevention" after you decide how much mana to spend for all x? so that Engine doesn't see that you want to proceed with damage resolution when you tap a City and push done when menu from City's damage appear to ask you for "interrupts?...damage prevention" as it sees that you have Shining Shoal that can prevent the city damage)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Please check this again with the actual patch, it's probably working right now.

Sort of working, but needs massive improvement. If you get damaged and try to cast Shining Shoal with a City of Brass, tapping the City of Brass causes you damage and you are asked if you want to cast an interrupt for damage prevention. If you do things in exactly the right order rarely it works, but if you don't the bug still exists.
