Describe the Bug:
Rhystic Circle can target damage dealt to opponent

Ultra minor bug since no one will ever do that



Edit: Also don't know if it's intentional, but you can stack the activation and if player is damaged it will force the AI to pay 1 for each activation even though the damage will still resolve itself.

Confirmed,it also triggers wrongly for damage made to creatures besides damage made to opponent but with no effect,you can't target them.

Fixed the first bug. The second isn't exactly a bug, is bad AI behaviour, I'll try to fix that too.

2 issues:
1) When opponent damaged there is still a damage prevention step, you can still pay mana and target the damage card, it just fails to resolve (and mana is kicked back to the pool)
2) If you use a damaging land (ex. City of Brass) to try to pay the mana to use Rhystic Circle, then all the damage will resolve before you get a chance to pick a damage card.

Fixed the first bug, for the second...

Now: 1- Rhystic Circle opens regeneration effects all the time.
2- You are never prompt to select damage card for damage made to you.
3- And still Rhystic Circle and regeneration effects are triggered for damage made to opponent and to creatures,but at least no prompt to target.

The other bugs that can be tested are fixed.
Now it doesn't prevent the selected damage made to you, damage resolves no matter nobody pays .fixed

Apart from that you can't pay for your own activation which makes more sense with mana burn and maybe some other corner case I don't remember and that AI can't use it like any other card to prevent damage to itself which is a global bug, is fine.Fixed this in commit d12b4dde.
