Describe the Bug:
- Delaying Shield does not count damage done to owner as counter when paying for counter at upkeep with painland and still prevent any damage done to owner at that step.
- Does not interact for combo with Eon Hub or Phyrexian Unlife

New kind of invulnerability thanks to City of Brass and painland

Fixed both.

Interaction with Eon Hub is fine. But if you pay with damaging lands during upkeep it's wrong. Let's say Delaying Shield has one counter on it and my upkeep starts. What should happen is the counter is removed and I have to pay 1W or loose a life. I pay with 2 City of Brass and suffer 2 damage, which is prevented putting 2 counters on Delaying Shield and my turn continues. But what actually happens is that 2 counters are put on Delaying Shield and immediately removed dealing me 2 damage (I can't even pay mana to prevent it).
