I have seen this a lot of times and has to be from the original game,if something (instant for sure)is on stack and you have your mouse pointing at a card it will display that card although the effect will be correct.

Rith's Charm fixed as (a small part of) 9df8065, which primarily cleans up targeting of nonbasic lands.

It's not something from the original game, just a matter of card_instance_t::number_of_targets not getting set properly.

I will report here and not make a new topic as it has to do with wrong targeting and Korath mentioned to report them (somewhere else? don't remember where) so:

Mutant's Prey after the targets have been selected the activation window (stack) shows like this:

You see a Back of a card there.

- Ethersworn Adjudicator I don't know if it matters to you & the game but in one case 1 back card and in another 2 back cards.

Fixed Ethersworn Adjudicator a545bba, Organ Grinder 7623fd3, Haazda Shield Mate 967ed28, Krosan Restorer 346827d. Can't repro Crash Landing or Human Frailty.
