Describe the Bug:
When Kalastria Highborn dies, its ability can be activated twice.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Kalastria Highborn
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Commanding the revision of Ice Age V2
normal gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Only one activation per vampire
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also, on this 2nd savegame, 3 vampires are killed during combat and Kalastria Highborn 's ability is triggered only once.

I tested your savegame and no 2nd activation is happening either when Kalastria Highborn dies or another creature dies.Probably you had a 2nd Kalastria Highborn in play.(I see there is one in your hand in your savegame).
About the second bug in combat I confirm it and add if Kalastria Highborn:
1- doesn't attack or die in combat(doesn't die in combat not tested) it deals damage equal to the vampires that died BUT paying only a
(tested with 2 vampires)
so 2 vampires die 4 damage to opponent/gain life for owner BUT for only a
2- If Kalastria Highborn dies together with the 2 vampires,the 2 vampires go to the graveyard then it triggers but only for itself.

savegame 1 - No, only one Kalastria Highborn in play. There's one in my hand but I couldn't play it as it is the AI's turn. When it dies I'm offered two chances to pay
, but only if I pay the first time.

You didn't read the last 2 sentences on my post and I bet you have Duh mode on in config.txt which is preselected for you anyway.

Duh mode shouldn't affect this. (And if you keep capitalizing Duh like that, I'm going to have to code the card.
)
Current behavior looks like it can affect either itself, a maximum of one other vampire, or both (so no more than twice) during simultaneous destruction (or other go-to-graveyard effects). When it affects itself, it'll automatically pick your opponent (regardless of duh mode), it won't be an orderable trigger, and it'll happen even if destruction (etc) is prevented e.g. by indestructibility (inconsistently, depending on which happens to respond to the event first). Same sort of problem as was seen with Adarkar Valkyrie vs. Moldgraf Monstrosity.

I had 3 vampires plus Kalastria Highborn in play and killed the other three vamps. I was asked to pay B, when I did I was asked for target player, and when I choose opp he sufered 6 damage, I gained 6 life and I was then asked to pay B again, when I did I was asked for target player and then nothing happened.
Next, I had 2 Kalastria Highborn in play. Cast Wrath of God. Each only triggered once.

Damage is still wrong. 2 vampires dying resulted in 6 damage, and 3 dying resulted in 12 damage.

Damage hasn't changed. Still does 6 damage when 2 die and 12 when 3 die.

When using 1 Kalastria Highborn + N more vampires seems to work fine.
When using 2 or more Kalastria Highbors, it's buggy and I cannot undestand why...
