[confirmed]God creatures vs noncreature clause

Describe the Bug:
The last report regarding the issue (here) was labeled 'fixed', so I'm unsure whether this has been overlooked or it was only a partial fix.
The way the God creatures are coded they're affected by cards like Negate, Gaddock Teeg or Thorn of Amethyst.
For reference Athreos, God of Passage.
Which card did behave improperly ?
THS/BNG Gods

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
BotG, Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Negate shouldn't be able to target them.
All of them should be castable when Gaddock Teeg is in play.
They shouldn't cost 1 more when Thorn of Amethyst is in play.
As RanDomino pointed out in the original report, players should be able to target them with Reanimate or fetch them with Eladamri's Call, Worldly Tutor etc.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Other Enchantment creatures I've tested like Celestial Archon or Eidolon of Countless Battles worked correctly. Eidolon could be cast with Bestow cost when Teeg was in play while Archon couldn't. Bestowing either of the two cost 1 more when Thorn of Amethyst was in play and neither of them could be targetted by Negate.

A relevant ruling: The type-changing ability that can make the God not be a creature functions only on the battlefield. It’s always a creature card in other zones, regardless of your devotion to its color.

Was overlooked in that particular report, but known; I complained about them before the Theros release.

The main holdups are that (unlike bestow creatures when their "real" card was the enchantment-only one, too) they mostly work; and that swapping them over needs an artwork change, which is inconvenient.
