Describe the Bug:
When Phantom Nishoba is attacking and gets blocked by multiple creatures, it loses a counter for each of those creatures dealing damage to it.

I assume this could also happen when it blocks multiple creatures (if, for example, it is enchanted by Entangler.) I haven't tried that, though.

I wasn't able to find an official ruling for it, but is Nishoba supposed to lose counters when damage is prevented by external effects/spells like Maze of Ith or Healing Salve? I've noticed it does lose counters when targetted by Maze's ability.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Taken from Gatherer rulings:

If this card takes damage from multiple sources at once (for example if it is blocked by multiple creatures in combat), it only loses one counter.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Phantom Nantuko

and Phantom Wurm
