Describe the Bug:
The calculation of cards drawn with Hunter's Prowess seems to be broken.

For example:

If I target a Noble Quarry with Hunter's Prowess, attack with it and it gets blocked by multiple creatures, I will draw no cards when assigning the 4 damage Quarry deals to a creature with toughness of 3 or less. In that case, Quarry deals 1 or more damage to the opponent, so I would have to draw at least 1 card off Prowess.

If I target a Noble Quarry with Hunter's Prowess, attack with it and it gets blocked by multiple creatures, I will draw multiple cards (of which the number is pretty cryptic to me) when Quarry's power is greater than the combined toughness of all creatures blocking it and I assign the damage in a way that Quarry kills all blocking creatures and the opponent is dealt 1 damage in the process.

I've tried it with other creatures, too, and the result was the same, so it can't have to do with Noble Quarry or its ability..

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1 damage by targetted creature to opponent equals 1 card drawn by that creature's controller.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In another instance, I drew 18 cards when I attacked with an 11/11 (including +3/+3 from Prowess) Hero of Leina Tower which was blocked by a 1/4 creature (so Hero dealt 7 damage to the opponent.)
