[confirmed]Tromokratis not working right with Mogg Flunkies

Describe the Bug:
Does not work well with creatures that have restrictions on ability to block (ex. Mogg Flunkies).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Tromokratis

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Blocking rules should be followed

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Restrictions on blocking are ok, just not restrictions based on what else is blocking.

There'll be a similar problem with Lure-like effects and creatures with blocking restrictions based on other blockers. Lure against an AI whose first legal blocker (by card index) is a Mogg Flunkies won't force the Flunkies to block, and against an Okk without a preceding legal blocker with higher power won't force the Okk to block. Against a human, they might or might not be forced to block, depending on the order the "triggers" on the blockers are selected.

There aren't yet any cards that themselves can only block alone (like how Master of Cruelties can only attack alone), though if they were they'd be able to block with other cards so long as no other legal blockers preceded them; Caverns of Despair and similar will force the first two legal blockers, without a choice as to which.
