[confirmed]Random Singleton (program freeze: legends/blue)

Describe the Bug:
Random singleton mode.. select monocolor deck, select blue, legends set. Program freeze.
Happen also with two color decks if one of these is blue. Plz try to reproduce.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
latest-> April2014

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Yep, both mono blue and 2color with blue + legends froze on Win 7 Ultimate 64bit, and Manalink update Apr14.

In that frozen state, the process "Magic.exe *32" uses around 25% CPU on my quadcore, too - similiarly to the " Forbidden Crypt Debug Draw " stuff I posted (and even more similiar to the " Pursuit of Knowledge Debug Draw Into Third Counter " freeze which I didn't report, but produces the exact same result as this random singleton bug).

If I am not mistaken the issue is that legends don't have a blue creature with 0 cmc, which is needed by the code and so loops. I tried to fix that (if that's the issue indeed) but failed.
