[fixed/closed]Mind's Desire exiled cards instant speed

Describe the Bug:
Not sure if this fix covers the following issues, so I'm reporting them separately - sorry Korath.

The cards exiled with Mind's Desire can be cast for free at instant speed. One can even cast spells exiled by the storm copies of Mind's Desire before the original copy of Desire resolves. Haven't tried that with lands yet, but at least all other card types are affected by this. Screenshot #2 shows that lands aren't affected by this.
This bug might be related to the Nightveil Specter instant speed bug and/or the Dream Halls instant speed bug.

Also, if Ancestral Vision is amongst those exiled cards and one attempts to cast it, it goes on stack, but doesn't ask for target player and just does nothing before hitting the graveyard (see screenshots).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Only instants and cards with flash exiled with Mind's Desire can be cast at instant speed.

When Ancestral Vision is cast for free as part of Mind's Desire 's effect, it asks for target player and resolves as intended.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Ancestral Vision worked fine with Unexpected Results and Temporal Aperture when tested.

Fixed in af01ef0. Also fixed the same issue for Snapcaster Mage and similar in 18c82be.
