Describe the Bug:
Maelstrom Nexus's ability triggers off spells cast via its ability or other cards' cascade abiity, resulting in multiple cascades off a single spell.

This also fixed a bad interaction with "copied" spell.

This still occurs in CoRM15.

Well, it's a bad interaction with the Rules Engine that actually checks the number of spells played. It's a bit difficult to fix, stay tuned.

Maelstrom Nexus also triggers for spells cast after the first has been cast.

"Storm Count" was not enabled. Fixed in 75973d9

Not sure if this fix is supposed to be implemented in dev 778ccb5, but the chain of cascades issue is still present as of that version. On the other hand, the first spell per turn issue seems to have been fixed. Spells that natively have cascade seem to be working fine.


Also, what I came here to report is that the same thing happens on the combat damage trigger for Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder.
