Describe the Bug:
Oloro, Ageless Ascetic's lifegain from command zone only works once it has been cast and returned to command zone, for example by dying.

As of CoRM15, Oloro still only triggers from the command zone on its owner's upkeep once it has been cast and returned to the command zone via dying/exile/counter.

Now Oloro, Ageless Ascetic triggers twice when it is in the commander zone. It triggers only once only when it is the first turn of the game.

@drool66 after your latest work on gain life triggers cards don't trigger when life is gained. Tested with Oloro, Ageless Ascetic, Wall of Limbs & Ageless Entity. Also Oloro, Ageless Ascetic would trigger if opponent gained life.
