Describe the Bug:
Mana produced by Somberwald Sage (or rather the approximation used to emulate the ability) can't be used to cast creatures from the command zone.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Mana produced by Somberwald Sage can be used to cast creatures from the command zone.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It doesn't produce mana for the commanders cast from command zone though it taps if you select the autotap feature after the mana has been paid by other sources.
