[engin]Parallax Wave doesn't return creatures simultaneously

1- Parallax Wave doesn't return the creatures when it leaves play at the same time which seems to be wrong(if I remember the rules correctly).It returned my 2 allies creatures (and 2 others)and Talus Paladin etb ability activated only for itself as Agadeem Occultist returned before Talus Paladin on the battlefield.The creatures are returned with the order they were exiled.
2- Also few times for all Parallax probably (tested Parallax Wave & Parallax Nexus)AI spends 1 more counter targeting the same target.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Parallax Wave returns exiled creatures simultaneously so all etb trigger.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
