[fixed]Wall of Limbs doesn't trigger

Describe the Bug:
Wall of Limbs' triggered ability doesn't trigger off life being gained by its controller.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Wall of Limbs

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

1- In dev 778ccb5 Wall of Limbs will trigger if there is another card that triggers on life gain, probably it was like that since the origin post above in CoRM15.
2- Wall of Limbs ability is wrongly optional and has the duh code which is not needed.

1- I fixed Wall of Limbs not triggering in:
1c4c2e1eeee3e1003e2b8dbec6ff19fa0b0f453b. This commit also fixes same bug with Cliffhaven Vampire.
