Describe the Bug:
1) Aggressive Mining's activated ability can't be activated.
2) It correctly prevents its controller from playing lands. However, its controller can't play lands the turn it is destroyed/exiled/bounced either.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Aggressive Mining
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Aggressive Mining's activated ability can be activated.
Its controller can play lands the turn Aggressive Mining has left the battlefield (if he/she hasn't played a land that turn yet and he/she is able to play a land ruleswise).
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.

It's ability can be activated now, but:
1) lands still can't be played for rest of turn after Aggressive Mining is destroyed.
2) you can't play lands as long as it is in your hand, not just in play

Those 2 bugs are fixed, but now there are 2 new ones.
1) lands are highlighted as playable even when they're not
2) Aggressive Mining can't be activated

Activation is fine now, but lands can be played when Aggressive Mining is in play.

Some more info on this:
1- Aggressive Mining doesn't stop land plays until it is activated or possibly another special action takes place.(which I can't find)
2- Even if it stops playing lands after 1 above happens most times it stops them only on first main phase but they can still be played on 2nd main.
3- The period that stops lands is not for as long Aggressive Mining is in play but depends on smt else.(which I can't find) fixed
4- also the highlight as mentioned by BAgate is erratic and some times although they appear active they can't be played.

Except the erratic highlight everything else seems fixed.
The erratic highlight has to do with in game id. Every land with lower in game id than Aggressive Mining has it will highlight as playable the others won't.
EDIT: Aggressive Mining doesn't work for AI, it plays lands as normal.
