Describe the Bug:
EDH commanders can still be cast after resolving epic spells such as Eternal Dominion.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
cant cast spells once you resolve an epic spell

Actually the problem is also that you can cast flashback spells even after resolving an epic spell.

The root problem must be that spells being cast from zones other than your hand are not prevented.

I also do not see Epic spells interacting correctly with Paradox Haze. (You do not get to resolve the epic spell twice in a row).

Gargaroz I am bit confused,is there another problem besides epic being fixed here? so I can decide to leave this open for the other bug or not.
