[fixed]Volrath's Dungeon no legacy for opponent activati

Describe the Bug:
1) Volrath's Dungeon's second activated ability (discard->put on top) can't be activated.

2) Its first activated ability can be activated without paying 5 (or any other amount of) life.

3) The first ability can't be activated by Dungeon's controller. A legacy card for the activation is created and put onto the battlefield on Dungeons controller's opponent's side of the table.
4) The first ability can be activated by Dungeon's controller's opponent when its not his/her turn.

When cast does 5 damage to opponent.

Does 5 damage to opponent on opponent's upkeep.

When activated, no choice to discard,but does 5 damage to both owner and opponent and then destroys itself.
When opponent activates it to destroy it he doesn't suffer additional damage.

Still Volrath's Dungeon 's second activated ability as mentioned in first post (1st bug)never highlights as activate-able and can't be activated of course.

Besides the above bug, in dev it doesn't produce a legacy for opponent to activate it.

Fixed second activated ability (discard->put on top) can't be activated in commit 2647c08. There still is the bug that can't be activated by opponent no legacy for that.

Fixed the opponent legacy in 6b2ba0239 ("Fix Volrath's Dungeon no legacy for opponent acti", 2020-07-03)
Possible issue remaining is the AI really doesn't like to use the ability
