[confirmed]Mogg Infestation give tokens if crit regenerates

Describe the Bug:
This card was working just fine in CoRM15.

1) When Mogg Infestation targets its controller's opponent, two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens are put onto the battlefield under Infestation's controller's control for each creature destroyed by Infestation.

2) When Mogg Infestation targets its controller, no tokens are put onto the battlefield.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Two 1/1 Goblin creature tokens are put onto the battlefield under the targeted player's control for each creature destroyed by Mogg Infestation.

Works fine targeting opponent, but when you target yourself you don't get any tokens.

Reverted to the old code, as the wording for this is atrocious in Manalink sense.
It's apparently working good, but if you regenerate a creature killed by Mogg Infestation or give it Indestructible, you'll see how bugged it is: you'll get the tokens even if the creature doesn't go in the graveyard.
I tried like 1000 different ways and I cannot repro the exact behaviour, so for now we'll keep this version.
