[douplicate]Brainwash crashes the game.

Describe the Bug:
The attached save crashes whenever I do anything. I believe it is related to the Brainwash on my creature; force-burying that card with the debugging tools prevents the crash.
This is using decks from a draft using The Dark.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Brainwash
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It shouldn't crash.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly other cards that make you pay to attack, like Propaganda.

As soon as you play a 3nd land so you have the requirement to pay brainwash cost to attack game hard-crashes directly to windows.

Could someone test in a clean game ?

Tested in a clean game and as I said earlier as soon as I play the 3nd land with Brainwash attached to a creature the game hard crashes directly to windows or if you have 3 or more lands in play the crash will happen as soon as you cast Brainwash.

Some new info on this bug:
1)If Brainwash is played by human:
a) on an AI's creature everything seems to work fine.
b) on his own creature then we have the crashes mentioned on the above posts.
2)If Brainwash is played by AI:
a)on a humans creature then weird things happen as AI tries to activate Brainwash on AI's 2nd main phase (or humans) to make human pay the cost and does that repeatedly but when you try to select something from the menu "pay 3" or "pass" pass doesn't do anything unless you hit pay a couple of times and then cancel and then you will be asked to pay as much mana as the times you clicked pay (or something) lets say 15 mana if you then cancel it will deduct 3 so 12 and so on until you reach 3 then if you hit a land? you will get the weird menu "|3" to appear and when you try to pay land nothing happens and at times it will crash.
b)on AI's own creature then we have the crashes mentioned on the above posts.
