[still bug]Xathrid Necromancer-Yawgmoth's Agenda

Describe the Bug:
Xathrid Necromancer produces a legacy if it is sacrificed (probably also killed etc) and there is Yawgmoth's Agenda in play when later I played a land(Swamp) the legacy card put in play the zombie from Xathrid Necromancer.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Yawgmoth's Agenda? Xathrid Necromancer?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Yawgmoth's Agenda ability is a replacement effect and so cards that trigger when they die they can't trigger as they never hit the graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

1- If creatures like Xathrid Necromancer and other that trigger on death are on the battlefield before Yawgmoth's Agenda (only Yawgmoth's Agenda tested not other similar to Yawgmoth's Agenda-global or not?)is cast then they will trigger when creatures die.If they come on battlefield after Yawgmoth's Agenda then no triggers happen and everything works fine.
2- However the above doesn't affect tokens.If a token dies no matter if cards that trigger on death have hit the battlefield before or after Yawgmoth's Agenda they will trigger I am talking only about the ones that don't have the clue "non-token creature" like Xathrid Necromancer,Requiem Angel.

1- Now it doesn't make a token at all if Xathrid Necromancer dies itself with or without Yawgmoth's Agenda in play. A legacy is made when it dies but just stays till eot with no effect when it resolves. The legacy should remain only till end of step or end of combat to trigger if Xathrid Necromancer itself dies.
Xathrid Necromancer makes a token if other humans die.

As for the above bugs I mention are still here:

All cards affected are: Xathrid Necromancer, Requiem Angel, Rotlung Reanimator, Teysa, Orzhov Scion, Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, Ogre Slumlord, Sifter of Skulls, Liliana, Heretical Healer // Liliana, Defiant Necromancer, Pawn of Ulamog,

3- However the above doesn't affect tokens. If a token dies no matter if cards that trigger on death have hit the battlefield before or after Yawgmoth's Agenda they will trigger and make tokens (they shouldn't make tokens with Yawgmoth's Agenda or other replacement effects on dying as the tokens don't hit the graveyard). I am talking only about the ones that don't have the clue "non-token creature" like Xathrid Necromancer, Requiem Angel, Rotlung Reanimator and Teysa, Orzhov Scion.
