[still bugg]Homing Sliver gives silvercycling when not on bf

Describe the Bug:
Homing Sliver seems to give silvercycling even when it is not on the battlefield maybe it gives silvercycling if it hits once the battlfield for the rest of the game.(savegame fury sliver has silvercycling while no Homing Sliver is on the battlefield - only one in graveyard and one in library).
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Homing Sliver gives silvercycling to others Only when it is on the battlefield.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

No longer grants it if it isn't on the bf, but once it has been on the bf it never goes away. IOW, if you cast a Homing Sliver and then kill it, all of your slivers will still have slivercycling.
