Magma Spray triggers death effects,tested with Soul Net and Khabal Ghoul.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Magma Spray and Anger of the Gods, Demonfire that have the same bug mustn't trigger death effects as they are replacement effects.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Also same bug affects Anger of the Gods, Demonfire.

Is the replacement effect a global thing, or implemented card by card (and similarly the trigger for on death)? Because with the last bug some worked and some didn't, and if that is still the case, we might need a list of cards with such replacement effects and a list of cards that trigger on death. <groan>

As you can see it seems to be card to card,so these are confirmed.

Yeah, I should have confirmed. I was more thinking which end is the problem, the replacement effect or the trigger, because this is a bigger problem than was thought.

It's a global bug, and it's fixed in 0f49e75

Khbal Ghoul still gets a counter when a creature dies from Magma Spray.

Reduce to Ashes and Burn from Within have the same bug.
Lava Coil, Necrotic Wound, Nine-Ringed Bo, Puncturing Blow and Scorching Lava are the cards that have to take care of this when coded.

Edit: Check clause "if a creature would die...exile that".
