[confirm]Howl of the Horde copy Howl of the Horde loop

Describe the Bug:
When a player casts Howl of the Horde and then a second Howl of the Horde and one copies the other? for several times.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Howl of the Horde
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Howl of the Horde no loop.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
