Describe the Bug:
Nafs Asp 's legacy 1) can't be paid for before your draw step (clicking on it during opp's discard step jumps to your turn) and 2) if you don't pay you don't lose 1 life.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should be able to pay anytime until your next draw step and 1 life should be lost if you don't.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also the effect card is attached to owner and probably that is why 1 life is lost but for owner/controller if the opponent who was damaged by Nafs Asp doesn't pay before his next draw step.

damage is fixed, but still can't pay for it in advance.

Still you can't pay to prevent the 1 damage before your draw step.

For me it´s working. I´ve tested it twice.
I mark draw phase to stop and I pay 1mana to avoid the damage then I draw the card

You should be able to prevent the damage any time after you have received the damage (like the original card did and rule is still the same) and not only at beginning of the draw step.

Im always reading (Arabian night card and 4th edition card) that you need to pay before the draw step

Card Rulings
10/4/2004 If its damage gets redirected to its controller, it will still trigger the ability.
10/4/2004 The player can pay the mana at any time after damage is done before the draw step of that player’s turn. People commonly pay during upkeep.
10/4/2004 If it damages a player twice, they get to pay or take damage twice during their next draw step.
10/4/2004 The ability does not cause itself to trigger again. It cause loss of life, and not damage.

Aswan jaguar is correct. Glass Asp has a nearly identical ability (triggering only on combat damage, losing 2 life, and requiring a payment of ), and its ruling spells out exactly what happens.
