[still bug]Not of This World doesn't counter & stays on bf

Describe the Bug:
1- Not of This World didn't stop Pyre Zombie activated ability from dealing damage to my Voracious Cobra.Also didn't counter Oust targeting my Jade Leech on another game.
2- In the above scenario I played Not of This World for free although Voracious Cobra didn't have 7 or bigger power.(I had on play a 10/10 Ulamog if it matters).
3- Not of This World stays on the battlefield after resolution.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Not of This World counters abilities targeting a permanent it owners control..
2- It is played for free only if the spell,ability targets a creature with 7 or more power you control.
3- It is an instant so it doesn't stay on the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

(Plus, it can't counter triggered abilities, just activated ones.)

Fixed in 489bff1, apart from the bug mentioned by Korath which actually we can't fix.

1- Now in Manalink dev 778ccb5 version Not of This World still is cast for free if you have 7 mana available.
2- If you don't have 7 mana available can't be cast for free even if your creature with 7 or more power is targeted.
