Describe the Bug:
Edgewalker doesn't reduce the mana cost of Medicine Runner or Oracle of Nectars.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Edgewalker, or the cost modification engine, or hybrid payment. Take your pick.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Medicine Runner should cost {1}

, and Oracle of Nectars should cost {2}

. It's unclear if it's legal to elect to pay {1}

or

respectively.

Comp rules:
117.7c If a cost is reduced by an amount of mana represented by a hybrid mana symbol, the player paying that cost chooses one half of that symbol at the time the cost reduction is applied (see rule 601.2e). If a colored half is chosen, the cost is reduced by one mana of that color. If a colorless half is chosen, the cost is reduced by an amount of generic mana equal to that half's number.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bumping an oldie just report that it isn't Edgewalker-specific and add a new example of cost reduction effects not working on cards with hybrid mana symbols.

In the save I'm attaching, Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge and Urza's Filter are in play. Either one of them should reduce the colorless portion of the casting cost for Vraska, Swarm's Eminence. But she remains full price.

When I reloaded the save and put a Thalia, Guardian of Thraben in play, her cost increase effect interacted properly with the hybrid mana symbol planeswalker, adding 1 colorless to the cost. So the reverse mechanic does seem to work properly.
