[still bugged]Treacherous Urge creature next eot issue

Describe the Bug:
Treacherous Urge,if you put opponent's creature at end step in play(during the discard phase, before you discard) it gets sacrificed that turn.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Treacherous Urge
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/01/15: Battle For Zendikar v2,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Treacherous Urge if you put opponent's creature at end step in play it doesn't get sacrificed until next turn end step.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Global bug. Fixed in a28ac46
