Describe the Bug:
Genesis Hydra the value you pay for X when you cast it,it will also be the value of a creature with X in it's casting cost you select from the top X of your library.
Similar report about other such cards that search for X that I was testing.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Genesis Hydra the value you pay for X when you cast it,it isn't applied also to the fetched creature with X in it's casting cost.The creature fetched will enter with 0 counters on the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 859b017

Genesis Hydra seems to be fixed for more cases but it still is bugged in some cases.
1- If you fetch Apocalypse Hydra it enters with the X value of Genesis Hydra.
2- The same is true for Mana Bloom, Genesis Hydra is not checking X cost for enchantments? it should check X cost for all non-land permanent.
